These Frogs aren’t just for show they’re total pros at stone masonry and love anything to do with water making them super important in your struggle. On top of that, the once off limits Coastal Groves have finally opened up, and they’re full of ancient, hidden treasures just waiting for you to discover if you’ve got the guts to explore.
The Frogs aren’t your average settlers either. They’ve got high standards, and they refuse to live in basic shelters like everyone else. Instead, they want Frog Houses that you can keep upgrading to give your settlement some big-time perks, especially when things start getting rough. Plus, they’re super into rainwater and can totally speed up how fast new settlers roll into your town. One of the coolest new things in this expansion is the Coastal Grove biome, where you’ll be starting out near the water, far away from the usual help you get from royal envoys. Instead you’ll be using the Strider Port a new building that lets you send out expeditions to dig up treasures from the ocean. The more supplies you give your Water Striders, the better the loot you’ll find. Each expedition is a total gamble but if you’re lucky you could score rare building designs and all sorts of valuable stuff.
Keepers of the Stone also comes with 12 new orders, plus a ton of new perks and cornerstones that are perfect for making the most of the Frogs’ abilities. There’s new Legendary Epic and Rare perks so you’ve got a bunch of ways to power up your settlements and take on the challenges in this expansion. The Coastal Groves even have 14 brand-new music tracks to set the vibe while you’re exploring. With the Frogs backing you up, you might just have a shot at turning the tide against the Blightstorm and saving your world from total destruction.
